That said... Yeah... that is essentially securing an individual's liberty. Last I knew there has to be a reasonable circumstance for liberty to be secured.

Disregard about the context piece. I just zoomed in enough to see it was from 1st TB, so yeah, can't see that being a lawful order.
It is obvious. Careerism has this effect. It is everywhere. Trust flows in both directions, and I imagine that there is none in that command.
